Leeds fans have been debating the future of struggling striker Jay-Roy Grot, and fans are completely split on the youngster’s future.
Grot was one of a huge number of players brought in by Leeds last summer, and just like the rest of them, the young striker was a major disappointment.
The 20 year-old has scored at both under-17 and under-19 level for the Netherlands, but scored just one league goal in his debut season in the Championship.
There hasn’t been much to cheer about at Elland Road this season, but the prospect of a young, fast, powerful striker could have certainly lifted some spirits if he had found some form.
The young Dutchman showed incredible passion celebrating his only league goal against Sheffield Wednesday, though the day unfortunately ended in a 2-1 defeat.

Leeds will no doubt be busy again this summer, but fans can’t decide what to do with Grot.
On one hand, the youngster’s physical traits just don’t seem to overcome his lack of confidence and technical ability, but on the other hand he can’t be any worse than Caleb Ekuban.
Fans have been voting on his future with the club, and an almost perfectly even 52 per cent said he deserves another chance next season.
